Although I logged into the Zoom meeting on time, the interview started about 20 minutes late with several GM team members still missing. The Coordinator immediately informed me that the zoom session would be conducted like a phone interview and that I should turn my camera off. The other interview panel members joined several minutes later and each began asking me questions relevant to the position and my experience. The questions were vague and open ended. When I asked for clarification of a question, I was told to answer it any way I like. I could not see their faces, so I had no idea if I was responding appropriately. Their questions were generic and did not touch upon my professional experience or strengths.
