Can you tell me what attracts you to this position, what are attributions yourself into the role? Good communication and reporting are important in a role as support workers often work alone with clients. Can you tell us how you can ensure clear communication with co-workers and how you manage that? In the support workers role, you will be working and supervising with client, the maybe a time the client asks you to do a task that is not in their support plan. Can you tell us how you manage this? If you attend a shift, your client was just aggressive or challenging behaviours what would you do?
