How many years I dispatched, how extensive a dispatchers job is( 24/7) - no Joke either. I got calls 24/7, which I didnt mind, its my job and I love being a dispatcher, how I would stay calm & help the drivers however I had to.

You will be asked largely questions regarding ethics and resource allocation - ie "If you caught a co-worker taking money from an envelope intended for the collection of cookie sales, what would you do?" and "If you receive a call regarding a man breaking into a house and a call regarding a fight in the street, but you only have enough officers to respond to one call, where do you send them?
