No real difficulty in the questioning. Nothing unexpected. The questions were mostly scripted with 3 or 4 parts to each. Keep in mind SAT - Situation, Action & Result and you will be fine.
What is a misconception about you?
There were no unexpected questions. The most difficult question for me is always "What is your biggest obstacle?"
'Name a time something didn't go as planned'
No extremely difficult questions. They all focused on past supervisory experiences and program/project management. Also asked if I had experience with Lean and 6 Sigma. Not being a green/black belt didn't hurt me but I think it helped that I had been part of several Lean/6 Sigma events.
Tell me about a time when you positively effected someone's performance?
Many of the questions required the use of the STAR method to answer them.
