How are your current metrics?
None, fairly easy. Tell me a time you had to bring a team together to meet a goal. Tell me a time you had a difficult employee, what was the issue, how did you deal with the issue and what was the outcome. Tell me a time you had to deliver unfavorable news to your employees, what was the news, how did you deliver and what was the outcome.
How do you feel about chaotic organizations. This should had been a warning, but I took the job anyways.
