The most difficult question for me was to give an example of a highly stressful situation that I had been in and how I handled it. Not so much that it was hard, just unexpected I believe. I ended up talking about my college hospital clinical experience and it won them over on my last interview. The first time I interviewed, it caught me so off guard that I just said I didn't know! ( terrible idea by the way) I was nervous and could barely even talk without stuttering around my words. Give me a break though! It was my very first interview ever! And I had no idea what to expect. I had also talked about a former job as a dispatcher for a truck driver and having to negotiate prices with him and the companies. They pretty much will take anything as long as they understand that you handled stress well and didn't have a meltdown.

They asked way too many repeated questions, they took very littler notes or non at all...it felt like interrogation for only $12.00 per hour... 1. Why Solar City? 2. What are your skills/strengths/ weakness? 3. Describe a situation when you were able to have a positive influence on the actions of others? 4. Tell us about a time where you enjoyed the job / what didn't you like about it? ETC...
