I do not know what the interview questions are because they never called after scheduling me for a phone interview. I specifically planned my day around that interview and they just left me waiting. I did not and still have not received any emails saying they were cancelling or that they weren't interested anymore. I've heard nothing from them, not even an apology for leaving me hanging. I withdrew my application immediately since I felt like that was a very unprofessional way to handle the situation.
They asked me about my education, and what kind of extra things I did to set myself aside.

How do you work with people of all personalities and backgrounds? Rate how familiar you are with Microsoft Word [they were asking how many functions you know not how much you've used it]? This job requires prodding engineers for meeting deadlines. How will you avoid being intimidated? [the implication is this was a temporary job and thus you would be seen as a low level employee] How will you deal with the pressure of a mountain of paperwork?
