They started by asking me to talk about my experiences. Meanwhile, if they wanted to know more about a subject, they would ask me to provide more information.
"Tell me about a time you dealt with a difficult person." Subsequent questions were about difficult situations, a time I had to go to my supervisor about a problem, etc.
