There are many ways to stay awake and alert while on the road like drinking coffee, tea, or energy drinks. Rolling windows down for fresh air or listening to upbeat music can focus you while you drive. Whatever your trick is, sharing it will show your love of being on the road.

Really, just screening questions. Age, driving record, etc... If you get passed that, then they verify your driving record, do a drug test, and then you sign a bunch of forms, show up for training, and start work. From initial contact to regular work was about 2 weeks.
