Shared the resume through LinkedIn portal, received response that they liked my profile, asked me to give online exam, it went well. Then recruiter called with typical questions about salary visa etc. It was ok. Then scheduled another technical round with their manager, it went well. Asked me some mathematical questions as well. He tried negotiate on salary side. It was weird and tried to ballpark lower salary. And told me recuriter will get back to next round. And then ghosting happened. They were unprofessional and I will not recommend anyone. If someone spends significant time to go through your interviews and online test. Atleast have little courtesy to tell that you are not selected for next round.

1. A general coding test. In which i have to solve some problem statments with a running executable code.
2. A technical interview which was taken by some external source.
3 after clearing 2nd round I appeared for another technical interview which was taken by internal employee of dunnhumby
4 In the last i appeared for manager round which was upon high level diagram and other project related work that i had performed throughout my career

The first interview with the manager was just a speed programming question. Overall the process lacked any seriousness or interview structure. The interview process can be improved to provide transparency.

first two round was techincal and 3rd round was hiring manager round and then hr started the neogation. before first round it self i told about my expection in terms of ctc . then hr started making the excuse that he is on leave for one week and after that he told hiring manager is on leave in next week , then after 20 days of my last interview hr told me then can offer ony 10% hike on my current CTC. dunnhumby do not have budget.
