I did a phone screening process firstly where they asked only about my background and previous experiences. I passed. For the second step, the online interview (with people from the same city) was scheduled. For some reason that I don't know, they selected a different timezone, even though we were all in the same city, and they failed to provide clear information about the time zone. I even received a call from the recruiter saying the interview time without timezone mentioning, so I assumed it was my time zone. Long story short, I didn't connect to the video on time and I received a slightly arrogant email asking why I did not show. Even though it was not my fault, I sent 2 mails apologizing with no response. Very unprofessional approach from a company this big. Negative experience.
