Interview Process consists of 20 Multiple Choice Questions and Several other rounds.
They ask you about your previous Work-Ex or projects you have worked upon.
The interview process is easy but long. It takes several days to process.

Question 1
Prepare for basic questions if you are a Fresher:
>Why eCW ? Why this Designation ?
>What is your 2 year Goal and 5 year Goal ?
>Technical Questions like: Basic Database(Join Queries)/OOP Concepts, Apache Tomcat, Ports for MySQL/MSSQL
>How to register Dll/Ocx Files
>Read well about the Company Background and Profile that you are applying for.
1st Round: Technical and Logical reasoning: go for Hackerrank to practice.
2nd Round: Manager Face-to-face round: (PI).
3rd Round: HR Director Face-to-Face Round.
After a week, got selected and the Induction+ Core product training was given.

Interview
There are two rounds in interview. The first round is group discussion round and the next round is technical round . Question asked in interview are to basic , they only asked from the SQL and C++.

Interview
Its was good, all the question asked is too easy. Question is based on basic SQL and basic C++ concepts. there are two rounds in interview, first will be GD round and after this technical round.
