Applied online. Had a phone interview with HR, that she was late for. That should of been my first clue this was going to be a bad experience. After 10min after the start of when she said she would call I emailed her asking if it was still a good time, and then she called me right away and said she got 'caught up with work'...
After that she scheduled a in person that was with 4 people. All went great, I actually thought I got it because they were telling me about the background check, the drug test, and we were talking salary.
They said I would hear back by the end of the week.
That was about 3 weeks ago. I reached out multiple times and never heard anything, then finally got a generic rejection email that I did not get it.
Which is ironic, because I know two people who work in their customer service department and they said they are drowning in calls, back to back, because people keep quitting, resulting in bad service levels...yet someone with 3+ years in customer service gets a rejection for an Associate position? I told the two people I knew about this who told me they 'weren't surprised' because its very well known thats how the recruiters are there...and after reading reviews and interview experiences this seems to be how this business operates.
For a company that seems to be growing so rapidly, my suggestion would be to clear out all your current HR people and start over.
