I had two phone interviews and two in-person interviews.
The first phone interview was with HR. Super friendly. The next phone interview was with the hiring manager who asked some specific questions about my background and experience.
The first interview was split into four 30 minute sessions where I was able to talk to people that I would be working with. Some of the questions were formal and had to do with my background and the other half was personality type questions. I met with the hiring manager last.
The second round of interviews were similar. I met with the CEO last.
I was pretty nervous coming in, but once I got into the interviews, I felt pretty comfortable. They developed into two way conversations.
I got the feeling that Clarus does a very thorough job in making sure that candidates are a good fit for the culture, and not just based on the resume.
Overall, my interview experience was very positive.
