No HR interview. Just an interview with the principal, who then told me next steps were in person. Then I was given a personality test (Beare) and after completed, asked if I would move. I had asked, prior to any interviews if I could do the role from my current location and was told yes. After that, nothing from the company. Product, placement and reputation both seemed to be very strong.

Asked exact same questions as with phone screen and almost nothing else. Even though I had 80% of the experience listed in the job description there were some specific products at the end that I had not used but the interview focused on knowing these.
