The CEO asked some very probing questions about my home life including if I was in a relationship and where I was living. I basically got the impression that he was trying to suss out whether I was going to have a baby any time soon. I was also asked another personal question which should NEVER be asked at interview even out of curiosity and without ill intent. Unfortunately I can't elaborate further because it may be identifiable. Not a nice feeling to have, left the interview feeling pretty gobsmacked. Even though it was sometime ago I still reflect on how strange it was. Hopefully things have changed since then.
