I was asked very contrived questions about "if you were in X scenario, how would you react?" and asked to rate my skills in certain areas out of 10 - even though I filled out pre-interview questions on the same topics beforehand. In other words, they tested how well I can "pass an interview" rather than actually getting to know me. Despite the role being English, they tested me on my (sadly poor) Afrikaans skills, which felt a bit intrusive.
