Questions were all very basic, just clarifying past experiences. Asked about accomplishments you're proud of, how you've overcome challenges in the past, how you rectified a mistake. Very basic interview questions, just be prepared to answer them 2 or 3 times over. They talk a great deal about themselves as well, and most of the questions were asked in the phone interview, as well as the in-person.

The interviewer seemed more interested in telling me about the position than answering questions. He was looking for a specific personality type rather than a skill set. For this particular interview the interviewer was looking for a laid back personality which would not be riled by the personalities in the office.
