TBH, they were using their own lingo that went over my head. The other colleague was kind enough to use terms that the average person uses.
One of the things I was asked was about my ability to persuade and/or influence others, which is a good way of getting an insight into how I interact with people. I was also asked what I liked most and least about work in general, which I hadn't really thought about before.
What have I done before, etc. All good.
I was asked where I see myself in 5 years time. To be fair, I probably should have anticipated this.
