The interviews themselves are easy. They also have you meet with people who do the job, and other candidates. You are expected to ask questions. The whole process is difficult because it is so involved and time consuming. Furthermore, the tests are tricky and meant to be, so if you do not read carefully, you won't do well.
Mostly the questions were around teamwork and shipping work. It felt more like a culture fit than a talent fit.
