No formal questions were asked really;...it was more of a meeting to discussed expectations of the job but a few from what I can recall are as follows: What is your current role? What did you do in your previous role (as it relates to this new position)? What is your expected salary? -Talent Acquisition (via phone or Teams mtg) Job description elaborated in the meeting with director (hiring manager) and once that was complete (took about 20 mins of her talking), she proceeded to ask some of the following questions: What do you think of the position so far? Do you think this is something you would be interested in doing? Tell me about your background and career objectives (based on previous work and education) -Director (over phone, then in person, same week) The VP portion, meeting was about 30 minutes, was beyond qualified for the position to discussed other parts of this role that are not at all listed in the job description (i.e. traveling in the corporate jet to different stores with execs to go and educate etc.); offer was made on the spot because they "move quickly around here" indeed they do! with offering and rescinding job offers The HR portion of the interview process was scratched because the VP of the dept. made it happen
