It was not a conversation style, you get no feedback for each answer. There are three people who interviewed me, Recruiter, HR, and the Hiring Manager. 9 questions in total, Each person are tasked to "ask"(read) three question. The question is mainly behavioral. Tell me about yourself, What does DISA do, Tell me about a situation... etc). The job description doesn't mention networking requirements, but they did ask some networking questions.

Unexpected in that the test came with no instructions.
There was nothing to be unexpected in this interview. Be prepared with a piece of paper and a calculator and be sure to review the basic laws and formulas (I did not review prior to my interview o.O... ugh)
