I worked with Nordic chip and U-BLOX, asked simple questions PCB tracing and basically asked for a salary much as I want. How I feel about cheating big boss? Do not tell that they do not go to the office, do not do the work on time and exaggerate task time is 3-4 times?

How large of teams have you led and what is your leadership style or philosophy? 9. Have you had any client-facing experience or experience with preparing proposals or quoting on jobs (either internal or external)? Creating requirements lists, scoping, timelines, budgets, etc. 10. Taking into consideration MistyWest’s full compensation package (including paid overtime, profit sharing, health & dental benefits and 4 weeks paid time off) what would you consider a fair starting salary for your position?
