"Name the thing you consider being your weakness/defect". This is a stupid HR question so they see how you think of yourself in a critical manner. But everybody knows they ask you this, so you either go with the strength-presented-as-a-weakness strategy or say something that makes you look bad. I was literally speachless for a minute because I consider this being an outdated, stupid question.

"Name the thing you consider being your weakness/defect". This is a stupid HR question so they see how you think of yourself in a critical manner. But everybody knows they ask you this, so you either go with the strength-presented-as-a-weakness strategy or say something that makes you look bad. I was literally speachless for a minute because I consider this being an outdated, stupid question.
