Recruiter was the worst I've come across so far - After providing dates and times for an interview, he would schedule something for the next day. Then later correct the dates and then no one would call on that day. It would take me 3-4 follow up emails to get a single hurried response to reschedule. The position title would keep changing on every email he sent from Senior to Lead to Specialist Engineer. Again for Manager phone interview round, I did not get a confirmation email for interview dates that I provided and then someone called on one of the dates. The recruiters excuse was that he responded to all my emails and he could see it in his sent folder but there was a problem at my end. Online assessment - one standard bit manipulation question with a twist (40 min timer) Hiring Manager - Talking about the role, my interests and a couple of high level general open-ended technical questions. Unfortunately, the interviewer was sick and coughing through the interview making the experience awkward. I even asked if he is okay to conduct the interview. As expected, there was no communication after the hiring manager round. I tried to follow up but in vain. Hope their pods function better then their hiring process.
