When was the last time you had a disagreement with someone and how did you handle it? Tell me a time when you were different from people around you and how did you handle it? When was the last time you taught someone something and how did you know that they understood? Why do you want to work at CHOP? Had interview exactly a week ago and haven't heard anything yet. After interview I got an email asking me for 5 references within 24 hours and those people are emailed a survey they need to answer about you. Still waiting to hear one way or another....
