I really enjoyed meeting with the Manager of their People Team. She seemed like she really wanted to get to know me as a person as well as my professional experience. I felt like the Director was somewhat condescending and had better things to do. She was clearly working while conducting the interview and made it pretty clear she was ready for the interview to end. One of the questions that the manager asked was how would I build credibility with their leaders?
