In terms of the questions they asked during the interview rounds, most of them were centered around my previous roles and responsibilities. They wanted to dive into the specifics of what exactly I did, how I handled certain tasks, and how I approached day-to-day challenges. There was also a simulation task focused on how I’d guide them to achieve their goals, which was quite time-intensive and required practical problem-solving. Finally, the leadership interviews were more about cultural fit—seeing if I’d align well with the values and work environment at RoomPriceGenie.
