In an Engagement Manager interview, you can expect questions related to your customer service and interpersonal skills. Because engagement managers directly work with clients on behalf of their company, the hiring manager will also assess your management experience and ability to solve problems.
What common challenges do you expect from clients? And what would you say to them? What was your favourite project? What about the job do you love the most? Give me an example when you used retail data in a project? What differences and similarities do you think exist in market research in FMCG vs health care? Why Iqvia?
Typical behavioral interview questions like 'Tell me what your leadership style', 'What is your preferred project management style', etc. The 'mini-cases' posed a situation/question and asked you to evaluate a market, either from a revenue (addressable market) or marketing (market variables & techniques) lens. These required prior knowledge or experience with MedTech consulting or strategic marketing.
I also asked if that was really what I wanted to do and I must admit that each step of the interview I was more and convinced that this is what I want to do.

There were questions related to Analytics/ML, Questions relating to real world situations/cases when working with client, Personality related questions.
Give an example of working towards client goals when there was a challenge around timeline or resource limitations.
