The technical portion of the interview was excellent in that they presented two actual case studies from their recent past and asked me to discuss how I would approach each challenge.
Interview questions were a blend of both mechatronics technical questions, as well as management and character type questions. I would call the questions well rounded.

What do you think about offshoring? Do you support it? There is clearly not an easy way to answer a question like this without offending or coming across as either insensitive or not in tune with business needs. This is the type of immature questions you can expect to get. I can see interviewers are really agonizing over the future direction of the company, and are very concerned about their employment status.
