first round was a codelity round with two simple and one tough/medium programming question. second round Was with an engineering manager who was a good person and asked some high level design and basic Java questions . After that zthey again gave a 3 hr assignment ,which wasn't originally discussed about ,during the interview.In that round,they told and emphasised on finishing the assignment with structure and test cases.I spent 3-4 hrs and finished the assignment ,wrote the test cases and got the output,and I was specifically told that they would let me explain in the next round about my solution. Then ,after 3 followups ,I get a mail it's a rejection.What nonsense process does this company have? there are 10 rounds of interview ,totally spending around 10 hrs on this ,and then get what? Its not a facebook or an Amazon to have these kinds of rounds! Also engineering manager should be judged on high level technical skills and also on behvaorial side
