It's very much situational questions. "Tell me about a time when" sort of things. You have to draw on your experience and creativity and be confident in who you really are.

Ridiculous vague answers on how you attack problems and what will you do in certain situations. There was no way to answer as clearly the interviewers are inexperienced and just bad interviewing style. Seems they are hoping you answer magically the way they work or how they are thinking without giving the interviewee any guidance. It's completely luck of the draw if there is a match or not.
Describe the most challenging projects - what aspects made them challenging? Questions on team management style?
