I can't remember the most difficult question, I just know the interviewer was able to get in a lot of questions in that short amount of time. They were all pretty much in the context of my resume too.

Questions are mostly behavioral about how you feel with challenges on projects: what was your most challenging project, situation where you had to deal with someone not performing, how you did what you did and why, etc.
What is pH and what does it measure?
Going over the test was very difficult. They gave me absolutely no feedback during my 20 minute explanation to whether I was solving the problems correctly, which was quite terrifying.
