All of their questions are behavioral-based. They ask you to give an example of what you did or would have done in certain work scenarios. For example: 1) Give me an example of a time when you were successful at negotiating. 2) Give me an example of when you resolved a difficult situation with a co-worker 3) Give me a time when you were unsuccessful in a task, what type of task was it and what did you do to solve your mistake? 4) Give me an example of a time when you experienced conflict in a team, what did you do and what was the final outcome of the situation. 5) Give me an example of when one of your ideas was selected for completing a project 6) Give me an example of a difficult boss you have had in the past. How did you interact with them? If you have not had one, how would you interact with them if you had this situation present itself in the future? 7) Name an accomplishment that you achieved through teamwork.
