Why should we hire you?
What was your last positions and what are you looking for in new opportunity? what skills do you bring to the table? How would your rate your management skills? Is there anything you are looking to avoid in this new opportunity?
Why are you a good fit?
What would you bring to the team? What are your weaknesses?
No real difficult question.
Few that came to mind: Tell me about yourself and background? How did you hear about us? What makes you different from other candidates? Why should we hire you? Given this three categories: 1) opportunity and growth 2) work environment 3) money, how would you order them? FYI: Also, It depends how you respond to questions- your answer could lead to another question
There is no way to go 50/50 with 2 case interviews. You have to ace one and at least pull 75% on the other or vice versa. Unfortunately, one of the interviewers was incredibly difficult to work with on the case study via phone. The behavioral portion is incredibly straightforward and simple.
