First round: talked to the CEO for less than 10 mins. Just briefly talked about what you know about the company and things on my resume. When I asked about the position, responsibilities and the CEO told me he will tell me everything including salary, benefits the second round. Immediately invited me to come the next day for the second round. Second round: Me and another person were interviewed by a girl at the same time at the coffee shop. Turns out it's a dircet sales, commision no based salary.
