Many thought process questions in which a senior team member would ask you to describe how you would tackle a hypothetical issue related to forecasting prevalence rates or whether you would recommend a company to sell a hypothetical drug given its efficacy. For these questions, they asked that you describe your thought process in a stream of conscious manner and said there would be no right answer, but seemed frustrated when you didn't provide the kind of answer you were looking for. From this experience, my initial opinion of potential colleagues was not very friendly.
