Where do you see yourself in 5 years ? Are you willing to work 365 days a year and all holidays? Tell us how would you deal with this problem-they ask you to solve a made up problem with a guest to see how you would handle the situation.
I was barely asked any questions, I was pretty much told that my look and attitude were a "fantastic fit" for the team after chit chatting a bit about the field of work. Like why the ten spot, why esthetics, why dealing with people etc, etc.
You are asked to paint an owner, manager, or employees nails whilst having your interview. Pretty much to prove that you can talk and work at the same time.
