1st round: all standard questions and your skillsets. Then you will wait for about 2 weeks to ask to do a case study in a short timeframe. No response thereafter, even though you followed up.
"How are your energy levels?"
They wanted to know my background to make sure I was a good fit for the position and were focused on my managing style. Personality fit was also very important to making sure their company culture was continued.
The questions covered both industry-specific topics and personality traits to ensure a strong fit with the rest of the team.

Very average/expected questions. The interviews were conversational and informal which made them very useful and enjoyable.
I wasn't asked many questions. It seemed like they were doing all the talking and based their opinions solely on my resume.
