The questions in the first round were fairly standard: - Why Trespa | Arpa? - Tell me about yourself. - Your strengths and weaknesses, and what you could improve on. - Why do you want to leave your current job? Then, after two rounds of interviews, you must answer an insane number of online assessment tests (logic, attitude, personality, text comprehension, math, and more) as to whether one should be hired as an astronaut at NASA; most of them are totally insane for such a short amount of time, and others are also badly written.
