A lot of focus on past employers. Why did I leave? Didn't I feel like I wasn't getting the full potential out of the job? Etc.

You will make more money in sales. The Event Manager job was not a job it was used to get people in the door and push a commission sales job on to them
Are you motivated by money? Do you care about working weekends?
What motivates you? Honestly the process was very surface level and did not drill down to the actual day to day. Even at the second in person. Felt they did not know what they wanted, and not even sure they filled the position. I do not think this was a priority hire due to the lack of follow up and communication.
