I was given a questionnaire to fill out while I waited. Some of the questions included my age and marital status. I was interviewed by the Director and that person obviously was not prepared to interview me. I was asked a few generic questions and had to repeat my education and work experience I've put on my CV. I was interrupted while answering questions.
