Early rounds focused on the basics: me and my skill set. Later rounds focused on team dynamics, the specific needs of this team, and how my competencies matched these. Later on in the process, my background and personality in the context of their current team and transition became more important.

E-mail was sent requesting a task that was a timed response. I was given three hypothetical situations that I was to draft a e-mail response to. From the time I received the assignment to when they needed the response was one hour total. I received the e-mail at 2:00 pm and had to have my answer back to them by 3:00 pm.
Deal with the management team of a logistics department where backlogs are mounting while company profit margins are declining and at the same time announce that the company is transferring its headquarters out of city center.
