The questions seemed pretty easy. The only awkward moment was when I made a comment about cloud computing and he told me that I was wrong in my definition. It really had no bearing on the job description, but they wanted to come off of a hosted system and have in-house data.

It was situation based scenarios. Had to come up with scenarios where you had an issue. What was the issue - how you resolved it and overcame it. Had to have 3-4 scenarios like that.
in Cisco IP phone when I call someone else in a different location after ringing and answer me I am unable to listen to him but he could hear me , what is the problem you expect ?
