The interview questions in the first round covered basic information focusing on my work history and expectations to confirm I was compatible for the role. The second interview was a more in depth Q&A about my experiences and how they have prepared me for a role at Gimlet. My three in-person interviews were repetitive. It did not seem that the interviewers were at all familiar with any of the information provided in past rounds or respectful of the work that went in to getting to that final stage.
