How would you handle onboarding 3 new hires as well as planning a work event.
Tell me about what interested you in this position?
Most had to do with creating a pivot Table and a drop box. Items that have nothing with the job description. Creating a Pivot table and creating a drop box is easy. The questions asked were very unclear in my opinion.
No questions whatsoever were asked.
Give an example of a time you had to perform an unreasonable task.
"What is your biggest success in your current role" "Tell me about a time you learned a difficult software/tool" "Tell me about a mistake you made and how you handled it" "What is something you've learned recently?"
I was asked how I stayed organized. And while being asked this by both interviewers, I couldn't help but get the vibe that the CEO is demanding and you have to be organized so that you can answer any question that he has for you at any time of the day.
