Questions were not difficult at all. I had extensive experience in the field as a Regional Director and Consultant
The interviews were generally conversational. The first few were more traditional behavioral-style discussions focused on leadership approach and prior experience. As the process progressed, the conversations became more strategic, centered on upcoming organizational priorities, division goals, and overall leadership/culture fit rather than structured questions.
