Actually i did have an interview two months ago and was asked the most hackneyed question..."what would be your greatest flaw?" To which i replied, "that is interview 101...and I'm supposed to tell you that "I care too much" or some other way of turning a negative to a positive....btw, I was asked for a second interview, but I turned it down.
