What is your current role?
What does Harmony House Do? (Such a poor question to ask). What is your top skill? What is your weakest skill?
I was asked if I had children and if I plan on having children by who would have been my direct supervisor. I do not think the male candidates were asked the same question. My fault, but I chose not to tell the HR rep because I would not in any way want to be associated with someone who at the level he was at could not understand what was legal and illegal to ask.
What area would I need to grow in to be successful in this position?
While many of the questions at this career level are difficult, none were unexpected. Angels' Place operates multiple sites so many questions related to managing those sites appropriately.

Group interview; probably would have been more successful if it were a 1 on 1 interview
