Executive Recruiter Interview Questions
"When hiring an executive recruiter, a recruiting firm will look for candidates who have the industry knowledge and recruiting skills to seek out applicants for executive and high-level management positions. In an interview you can expect to be asked about the traits you look for in executive candidates, the processes you use to vet applicants, and your turnaround rate for filling positions. I received an apology for a generic response and offer to interview and request to say which positions I fit, and I was more than qualified for each of them with great references and recommendations, then had to go to great lengths to get another response, also from a no-reply email with no phone number, and then got no response at all. Basically, they did worse after apologizing than before and showed no concern with candidate experience.
